Retail Therapy at APEC

At the recent SME Ministerial Meeting hosted at the luxuriant Shangri-La Hotel from 5th - 9th October, senior delegates from around the world were treated to a unique GET SINGAPORE retail experience.

Attending the conference on "Helping SMEs Access Global Markets and Overcome Trade Barriers", our VIPs did their part there by shopping for gifts, souvenirs and Christmas items at our special GET SINGAPORE retail area.

A personalized tour was conducted to familiarize the delegates with our eight GET SINGAPORE retailers who participated in the event. These included CYC The Custom Shop, CUPID, On Cheong Jewellery, RISIS, Tessere, TravelPAC, The Singapore Shawl, and 25 Hours.
Everyone enjoyed themselves as they browsed through the merchandise and selected their favourites to take home. Korea and China delegates loved RISIS' signature orchids, while Thailand's Minister of Trade had shirts bespoke for him from CYC The Custom Shop. Brunei and Taipei delegates opted for exquisite 25 Hours watches while Japan's delegate bought a finely crafted handbag from Tessere.

What better way to enjoy a conference than with a dose of retail therapy, GET SINGAPORE style.
