Only selected packaged food brands that are non-perishable and suitable for gifting, such as chocolates, tea; can qualify. Plus, they must also have a dedicated retail presence.
Q: I am a Singapore retailer who sells international brands and my own in-house brand. Do I qualify?
The initiative is to promote Singapore retail merchandise brands, so only your in-house brand can qualify for GET SINGAPORE (as well as fulfils the joining criteria).
Q: I’m a brand owner who doesn’t have its own retail outlet but my brand is sold in department stores. Does my brand qualify?

Q: My brand is only available and distributed online. Does my brand qualify?
No. Your brand must be sold in at least one physical retail outlet in Singapore.
Q: My Singapore brand is produced and made of raw materials from overseas. Is that acceptable?
Yes. Your manufacturing facility can be located outside of Singapore; as long as your brand is a registered Singapore brand and fulfils our joining criteria.
Q: My brand was just launched this year. Does it qualify?
Your brand must be in the market for at least one full year (as of 1 October 2011).
